Strength training

You may experience back or neck pain from sitting at a computer desk all day or you have a job that requires heavy lifting. Either way, building up your muscles will be beneficial for your overall health. 

With the proper strength training and understanding of your body you can build a strong musculoskeletal system to reduce your injury risks and make daily tasks more manageable.

When you come to us for rehabilitation, we’ll work preventively to help you avoid similar injuries in the future. Our onsite gym has all the equipment necessary to strengthen your body.
