Prevention

Although we often see clients after the injury has already occurred, working preventively means that we can help you stay stronger and healthier in the future. By doing preimposed exercise stretching and warming up, you can avoid the same injury returning again – whether it’s runners knee, hamstring strain or ankle sprain.
