A massive part of the injury prevention is to educate people. Understanding and being more aware of your body goes a long way. We can help by:  

  • Visiting gyms to discuss gym injury prevention.
  • Visiting workplaces to inform about correct lifting, better posture and other ways to reduce the risk of injury. 
  • Working on-site with our clients, showing them how to effectively exercise. 

We use the PRICE-method (Protection, Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation) to set people up for a better outcome in case of injury.
